Motorcycle Show and Farmers Market

Today was fun! I went to a motorcycle show and swap meet at the Fairgrounds in Raleigh. There were TONS of people there; today at the Fairgrounds, they had the motorcycle show, a boat show, a flea market (that went on FOREVER), and a horse show. After I saw the motorcycles, I walked through about 1/3 of the flea market and then went to the Farmers Market. After finding amazing looking tomatoes, zucchini and squash, corn on the cob, and bell peppers, I had to eat lunch. There is a restaurant at the Farmers Market, so I thought I'd try it. The biscuit was by far the best part of lunch. The murals painted around the top of the restaurant were pretty cool too.

This watermelon won 1st place in a local contest. It weighs 184 pounds!
