Countdown News...

I have packed my entire house with the exception of the dishes that are now in the sink waiting to be washed. I have to clean up the extra packing materials and then begin to move everything into the living/dining room area for ease in loading the moving truck next Thursday. It's a great feeling...I know I'll be exhausted doing this and then repeating the process in July, but I am sure this will be a great last summer break!

I will officially finish classes next week, both teaching and attending. I only have one paper to finish for my courses, which I hope to be able to work on (maybe finish?) tonight since I made outstanding packing progress today. On a very bright note - I received my dissertation data today!!! I knew it would arrive amidst the chaos, so I'll probably do a good bit of work on the data analysis next week. Thankfully, the last part of the dissertation moves more smoothly than the first part! I am very ready to be finished with this and will be grateful if I can complete it in one year (I started working on it last August). 

That is enough for me for now. :) I plan to spend some time daydreaming about summer adventures now that I have the house packed up!
